Arsenal have reportedly not given up on the possible transfer of Youri Tielemans.
The Belgian midfielder has been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium since last year, but such a move has yet to happen.
However, it is now being reported that his move to London could happen in this summer’s transfer window.
Reporter Dean Jones claims it is not impossible for Arsenal to attempt to sign Tielemans before next season.
“It’s not impossible that Arsenal will now make their move for him,” Jones told GiveMeSport. “Arsenal were always against paying a price for him, knowing he could be available for free,” he added.
The 25-year-old’s contract with Leicester City expires this summer.
So far Tielemans has not accepted any offer to renew the contract. Thus, he can leave as a free footballer in the summer window.
