Chelsea have reached a full verbal agreement with Thiago Silva for the extension of the contract.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Brazilian centre-back will continue with the Blues until June 2024.
The contract is being prepared and Thiago Silva has given the green light.
The new contract will be signed soon.
Thiago Silva is currently 38 years old and is still performing at a high level, being the undisputed starter in the London team.
