Milan dominates, but is held to a draw by Newcastle United

Milan and Newcastle United have shared the points in their first match for this season in the Champions League.

Tonight’s match at “San Siro” ended in a draw and without goals.

The Rossoneri dominated the entire match, from start to finish, but failed to find a way to score – while the impressive performance of goalkeeper Nick Pope is worth noting.

Stefano Pioli’s men registered 25 attempts in total, eight of which were on target.

On the other hand, the English team did not present any danger to the Italians’ gate, except for an attempt by Sean Longstaff at the end of the match, which was the only recorded shot towards the opposing gate.

Milan and Newcastle United now have one point each in Group F.
