Senegal have confirmed that Sadio Mane will not play at the World Cup in Qatar due to an injury he suffered before the competition
In a press conference held on November 17, Senegal confirmed that Mane will not recover from the injury he suffered before the World Cup and will miss the tournament in Qatar as a result, with Senegal playing against the Netherlands on Monday in Group A.
Mane picked up a foot injury in Bayern’s match against Werder Bremen before the World Cup and was a doubt to play in the competition.
