The Englishman failed to score his penalty in the final minutes of the World Cup against France, thus returning empty-handed from an international competition once again.

It means the Spurs striker failed to win a trophy, bringing his career to a close without winning any major competition, either for his country or with the National Team.

With Tottenham looking unlikely to win any trophies this season either, Kane is being tempted to leave the club for a team where the chances of winning are far greater than at Spurs.
