From 3:0 to 3:3, Inter drew with Benfica

Inter drew 3:3 with Benfica in Portugal, in a fiery Champions League match.

After 34 minutes, Benfica had a 3:0 lead against the Black and Whites.

Joao Mario scored all three goals for the locals, as this result ended the first half.

And in the second, Inter showed their true strength, despite the fact that the players on the field were the ones who had had the least minutes so far.

Arnautovic made it 3-1 in the 51st minute, before Frattesi made it 3-2 seven minutes later.

Alexis Sanchez scored from the penalty in the 72nd minute for the epilogue of this meeting.

With this draw, Inter secures further qualification, while it remains to be seen whether it will qualify from first or second position.

On the other hand, Benfica remains last in the table with only one accumulated point.
