The director of Barcelona, Deco, has spoken about the future of coach Xavi Hernandez and striker Robert Lewandowski.
The senior official of the Catalan giant insists that the “Blaugrana” are satisfied with the contribution of the duo, which they see as part of the team and their project in the future.
“Xavi has our total trust, 200 percent guaranteed. I have no doubts that he is the best coach for Barca and for its project. He accepted the challenge by coming at an important moment and he is the perfect coach to rebuild the team”, declared Deco for “RAC1”.
“Lewandowski has a contract and we are quite happy and satisfied with him. He is one of the leaders of the team”, continued the famous former Portuguese footballer, who also spoke about the recent controversy surrounding a fight between Lewa and the talent Lamine Yamal.
“I am sure that there is no problem between Lewandowski and Lamine Yamal. He is the first who would protect our talent”, Deco concluded.
