Bennacer’s transfer to Arsenal is being considered by the club

Ismael Bennacer was previously at Arsenal as their academy developed him as a midfielder

Arsenal are said to be preparing for a transfer of Algeria and AC Milan midfielder Ismael Bennacer.

The 24-year-old left the Gunners in 2017, having joined their Academy system in 2015 as a 17-year-old.

According to what Italian media Calciomercato reports, Arsenal are trying to sign the player in January by buying him.

The media says that the Gunners are planning to pay 20 million euros plus to Thomas Partey who would move to Milan, since the Reds value the player at 60 million euros.

The Algerian has a contract with Milan until 2024, who are looking to renew longer in the winter.
