Bayern the lead in the Bundesliga, defeated by Leverkusen

Bayern Munich has lost the leadership in the Bundesliga.

The Bavarians were defeated 2:1 on the road by Bayer Leverkusen.

Bayern took the lead in the 22nd minute when Kimmich converted.

However, Palacio’s two goals from the penalty under minutes 55 and 73 secured the big victory for Bayer Leverkusen.

With this victory, Leverkusen now has 37 points in eighth place in the table.

On the other hand, Bayern Munich falls second with 52 points, one less than Dortmund who now leads the table.
