Zaniolo arrives in Istanbul, performs the first part of the medical tests at Galatasaray

Nicolo Zaniolo has arrived in Istanbul and is reported to have passed the first part of Galatasaray’s medical this evening.

The Italian traveled to Istanbul this afternoon to complete the transfer, which is believed to be worth around €20m plus bonuses.

Zaniolo with Galatasaray is expected to sign a valid contract until 2027.

It is said that a release clause of 35 million euros will be included in his contract.

According to “Sportitalia”, the 23-year-old landed safely in Istanbul this evening and was immediately sent to undergo the first part of the medical tests.

The rest will be done in the morning so that Galatasaray can complete the transfer before the deadline, which is Wednesday.
