Gennaro Gattuso will no longer coach Valencia.
The Spanish club officially announced this Monday the termination of the contract with the Italian coach.
Valencia announced that the termination of the contract was done by mutual agreement.
It was also announced that the team will continue to be led by Voro Gonzalez, until a new coach is decided.
Gattuso took charge of Valencia at the start of this season but failed to register positive results.
The 45-year-old led the team to 22 games in total in all competitions, as he recorded seven wins, five draws and ten defeats.
In La Liga, Valencia is ranked 14th with 20 points accumulated after 18 games.
