Andrea Pirlo, a potential candidate for the job of head coach of a national team

Belgium is looking for a new coach, after Roberto Martinez left this position after the World Cup “Qatar 2022”.

The Spanish coach was made official yesterday in Portugal, while the Belgians are still without a coach.

According to “Tuttomercatoweb”, Andrea Pirlo is on the short list of candidates to replace Martinez.

The Belgian Football Federation is said to begin talks with candidates this month.

Pirlo, who previously coached Juventus, has been the coach of the Turkish Super League team, Karagumruk, since last summer.

Thierry Henry, who was Martinez’s assistant, is also believed to be on the list of candidates to lead the Belgian National Team.
