Joao Felix can be counted as a Chelsea player from now on.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the full verbal agreement has already been reached.
Felix will be loaned to Chelesa for the remainder of the season, while this loan will cost the “Blues” 11 million euros, with 100% salary covered by the London club.
No purchase option will be included in the deal and the Portuguese forward will return to Madrid at the end of the season.
Before he now leaves Wanda Metropolitano, the 23-year-old will renew his contract with Atletico until 2027. His current contract expires in the summer of 2020.
Joao Felix will fly to London in the next few hours to undergo medical tests and then sign the contract with Chelsea.
