Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba shared two photos on his Instagram Story after France’s 2-0 win over Morocco
The 29-year-old won the World Cup in Russia four years ago but could not be invited to Qatar 2022 due to an injury to his meniscus and surgery he had in September.
So, he is watching the games from his home in Turin this Wednesday as he reacted after his countrymen won in the World Cup semi-finals.
Pogba posted a story on Instagram where he wrote “it’s close” adding a French flag, while there was a lot of praise for Antoine Griezmann, who was also brilliant on the defensive side against Morocco and made some brilliant ball recoveries.
Pogba has compared the Atletico Madrid star to Chelsea midfielder Ngolo Kante, who is not part of the France squad in Qatar due to injury.
