Juventus want Mount instead of Rabiot

Juventus continues to look for different alternatives for their midfield, as early as the January transfer window.

According to what Calciomercatoweb reports, Juventus are looking at the possibility of Adrien Rabiot, in case he does not extend his contract, to give space to the star of Chelsea and England, Mason Mount.

Mount’s contract with Chelsea expires in 2024, with its renewal currently stalled.

Juventus hope to lure him away with negotiations and get him for free next summer.

Rabiot’s contract expires at the end of the season, with the midfielder most likely to leave soon.

In this scenario, Juventus are looking to cash in on the sale of the Frenchman in order to raise the cash to make a bid for Mount in the summer as well.
