Clubs with the most players competing in the World Cup

There are only two days left until the start of the Qatar 2022 World Cup, and apart from any last-minute changes that may occur, the 32 participating teams already have their final rosters.

The first place in the list of clubs that contribute the most footballers to this tournament is held by Bayern Munich, which has sent 17 footballers to Qatar.

Almost half of them are invited to the German national team, such as: Manuel Neuer, Joshua Kimmich, Jamal Musiala, Leon Goretzka, Thomas Muller, Serge Gnabry and Leroy Sane.

The other four footballers are invited to France; Dayot Upamecano, Benjamin Pavard, Lucas Hernandez and Kingsley Coman.

Bayern will also be represented by Sadio Mane (Senegal), Matthijs de Ligt (Netherlands), Josip Stanisic (Croatia), Eric Maximim Choupu-Moting (Cameroon), Alphonso Davies (Canada) and Noussair Mazraoui (Morocco).

Barcelona is then ranked in this list with 16 footballers. Luis Enrique invited 7 footballers from this team to Spain, such as: Eric Garcia, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets, Pedri, Gavi, Ansu Fati and Ferran Torres.

Ousmane Dembele and Jules Kounde were invited from France, Memphis Depay and Frenkie de Jong from the Netherlands, Robert Lewandowski from Poland, Raphinha from Brazil, Ronald Araujo from Uruguay, Marc-Andre Ter Stegen from Germany and Andreas Christensen from Denmark.

16 footballers from Manchester City will also participate in Qatar, while five of them will defend the colors of England, such as: John Stones, Kyle Walker, Kalvin Philips, Jack Grealish and Phil Foden.

Other footballers invited by their national teams are: Ruben Dias, Joao Cancelo and Bernardo Silva (Portugal), Aymeric Laporte and Rodri (Spain), Kevin De Bruyne (Belgium), Ilkay Gundogan (Germany), Nathan Ake (Netherlands), Julian Alvarez (Argentina), Ederson (Brazil), Manuel Akanji (Switzerland).

After these three clubs, Manchester United ranks with 14 footballers, Real Madrid with 13 and Chelsea with 12.
